After you have submitted your form and received a green confirmation banner (see the top of the screen), scroll down to the membership payment section of this page, choose your membership type(s) and check out. A $3 per item charge is added for online payments to cover merchant fee costs. If you wish to avoid those fees, you may email membership@bmdco.org for information on how to send in a check. Complete your checkout process, then submit your completed form. After you have completed that step, please complete the Media Release and submit.
