The Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Oregon (BMDCO) takes photographs, videos, and other media during its club-sanctioned events and gatherings. This media is used in a variety of settings (newsletters, website, social media, etc.) for promotional and educational purposes. 

This media release is designed to allow you to either decline or set a level of permission that is appropriate for you. Your choices here are meant to ensure that BMDCO publications, regardless of their form, respect any concern for privacy that you may have. Please note that parents (not grandparents) must sign a release for their children, if they wish. 

Those granting full or selective permissions agree by submitting this form that the resulting images and videos may be used to promote the club and its activities. They further agree to waive any rights to compensation or ownership of the media. Finally, they release BMDCO from any liability related to the use of these images and videos.
